Architectural Project Manager:

Position includes responsibility for planning, coordinating and overseeing production of project construction documents providing technical guidance to lower level Drafters and Designers working on the same project. Demonstrated management skills and strong knowledge of Building Codes are required. Architectural Registration is a plus but is not required. 5+ years of work experience IS required. Must have AutoCAD and ADT experience. Our Specifications and Cost Estimating are outsourced at this time. A working knowledge of spec writing is required for coordinating with the consultant.  Must be proficient in the use of most architectural/engineering theories and practices.
